What a top bloke! We had such a bumpy ride with this Home loan but we made it! Not only he gave us the best rate for our home loan but he does more than any broker would do and beyond! We didn’t even know that we were going to have a land settlement until midday that day! He even dropped us to the CBD on Friday arvo, so we can drop our settlement money! Leif refinanced our home loan from NAB to a second-tier lender backed by Macquarie Bank. We were on a variable rate with NAB and Leif got us a fantastic rate nearly 1% lower with the new provider. Not only this but NAB wanted a further 1% to offer a split loan facility which Leif sourced at no addition on the alternative rate. We are saving $128,688 in interest alone over the term of our new loan. What a massive saving! It wasn’t until we were leaving NAB that they contacted us and offered to match Leif’s interest rate. Too little, too late. NAB didn’t save us the money, Leif did. His attention to detail and his genuine approach really made us feel comfortable entrusting him with our home loan refinance.

Leif finalised a changeover from our previous mortgage provider who we were on a fixed rate to a new 3 year fixed rate saving nearly 0.80% with a new provider. This means we are saving over $3,090 a year in interest. What a great result! We were one of those couples who trusted our own big four bank to look after us and give us the best deal...Leif has shown us that is not the case. The logical option was to save money...who doesn't want to save money? Leif was awesome from start to finish and the process was not hard and it happened very quickly and smoothly.
